"Christpina helped me through a difficult time in my life. I forgot to pay my car insurance. It had been due about six weeks earlier. I had been taking care of my mom for several weeks in the hospital before she died and as I was driving home one day it dawned on me that I never paid that bill. I pulled over and immediately called Christina at State Farm. She informed me that my car insurance had been canceled. Christina always knows the right thing to say and she calmed me down immediately. She is so compassionate and is extremely knowledgeable about insurance. She set up a new policy for me in no time. "If you live in Wesley Chapel or the surrounding areas and are seeking a top-tier insurance agency, Shirin Khorsandian and her team come highly recommended by me. Having been a customer of State Farm for over 30 years, for both auto and home insurance, I've had my fair share of experiences, but this month has been particularly challenging due to the loss of two family members on the same day. Amidst dealing with these personal losses, I forgot to manage several aspects of my auto policy I had been discussing with Kailey in the State Farm office. In a panic this morning, realizing my auto policies had lapsed. I reached out to Kailey, expecting the worse. To my astonishment, within 20 minutes, she not only reinstated my policies but also showed incredible thoughtfulness and understanding towards my situation. This is what I call first-class customer service. Kailey made what I feared would be a lengthy and complicated process into a seamless and easy one. It was a welcomed outcome in an otherwise tough month. A huge thank you to Kailey - you truly are the best. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and business acquaintances."

"I've been insured by State Farm for automobile coverage for more than 30 yrs and with this particular agent's office for more than 10 yrs. I have had the fortune so far of not having had an issue with any of the agents over those years as a State Farm customer. Recently I purchased a home, my first and needed to have it insured. State Farm provided me a rate nearly half of that offered by the financing team associated with my home purchase. I needed to cancel my existing renters insurance, which I forgot to do earlier on after home purchase. This process was handled by Camila. Having worked in customer service before, I know demeanor and tone can make or break a good customer-associate interaction. I listen for it because calling with a problem, and getting an associate that sounds like they're having a problem/bad day no matter the business, usually does not end well. Camila sounded with a welcoming tone that made me comfortable and confident that I would not need to hang-up and call back. I'm sure the boss, Shirin K appreciates these reviews, but when I call the office that's not who fields my inquiry, so this expression of appreciation is for Camila and those along side her tasked with managing the business of the day, the people who's names I remember, because I hear them most whenever I call. Thanks Camila for taking my call, making the necessary adjustments and following up with me on the changes to assure me they had been taken care of. JU"
