"I called at the recommendation of my son. I have had State Farm Ins. for approximately 50 years however this call was made to receive a quote for basic insurance on A. vehicle that I plan to use at a seasonal residence.

The gentleman that I spoke with, Marcus was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and helpful.

He listened quietly while I explained my needs and seemed genuinely happy to help me after he provided the quote which I felt was reasonable. I hung up to call other insurance companies for quotes.

At the conclusion of those calls, I decided because of my previous relationship with State Farm Ins. and because of the professional personality exhibited by Marcus that I would go with the quote that he had given me from State Farm.

It is a pleasure to speak with someone of his caliber and be treated as kindly and patiently as he exhibited.

It is my opinion that all businesses that regularly interact with the public would be able to have personnel that were trained, and had the natural ability to interact with people and form a relationship while providing excellent service to people that they have never met. I would say that Marcus is an asset to State Farm and the managers should be very proud of him."

"All I can say is that, I have had State Farm Wesley Chapel for the past 5 years and the service I have received from them is outstanding! You can’t beat their prices! Trust me I have looked around and every couple of years nobody beats there quotes. On top of that I have been dealing with the same person Karina, since day one, she is just one of a kind! the sweetest person you can talk to. Every once in a while she will check in and make sure everything is ok, this year she called to tell me my insurance premiums were going down! Now that’s what I’m talking about! "In January we decided to switch Homeowner's Insurance carriers for a lower rate. Camila provided a decent quote so we decided to make the switch to State Farm. On January 30th Camila emailed us the Binder of Insurance and told it was "effective today." She also instructed us to go ahead and cancel our policy with our current carrier, so a few days later I did exactly that. Then on February 13th Camila contacted us to let us know that our State Farm coverage was being canceled on March 18th due to the age of our roof. We were never told that the State Farm policy was conditional or temporary is any way or that final underwriting approval had not actually been obtained. This caused us to be completely without homeowner's insurance for a little over a month until we could get our roof replaced and shop for a new carrier. Our biggest question/concern - why would State Farm tell us to cancel our current coverage before the underwriting process had completely finished? We were very interested to know if this was Camila's mistake or was this State Farm's general business practice. We asked her manager, Shirin, to contact us to discuss but she never reached out. So we do not have an answer to that question. So our best advice would be to stay away from State Farm."
