"Brandi is the absolute best! She remembered me b/c I always (and inevitably) I forget when my flood insurance payment is due -even though I do calendar it. And during hurricane season you can’t be lax, so I want to keep on top of it. She shows me patience even though I can call twice in a period of two-three weeks. Just twice. She lets me know what last FEMA bill was vs. this year. And it only went up $100 or so, so she didn’t have to put up with me crying..this year. Thanks Brandi! And thanks for your help with my auto-insurance questions, I could probably get coverage slightly cheaper, but they would not have someone to answer the phone to help me out.
